We know plans change. This policy explains how rescheduling and cancellations work for individual bookings, public group classes, and onsite corporate training with Mansfield CPR Services.
Quick version: Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before an individual or public class for a full refund. Onsite corporate sessions require 7 days' notice. No-shows are non-refundable.
Individual & Private Bookings
- Cancellations or reschedule requests made at least 48 hours before your scheduled class are eligible for a full refund or a free reschedule to a new date.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable, but we'll do our best to accommodate one free reschedule if you reach out as soon as possible.
- No-shows (not attending without any notice) are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.
Public Group Classes
- Seats registered and paid online are refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours before the class date. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
- Can't make it? You're welcome to transfer your seat to someone else — just let us know who's attending in your place before the class.
- Classes with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled or rescheduled by Mansfield CPR Services; in that case, you'll be offered a full refund or a spot in the next available session.
Onsite Corporate & Group Training
- Because onsite sessions involve instructor travel and equipment preparation, we ask for at least 7 days' notice to cancel or reschedule without a fee.
- Cancellations within 7 days of a scheduled onsite session may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price, unless rescheduled to a new date.
- Changes to group headcount should be communicated as early as possible, as they may affect pricing.
Cancellations by Mansfield CPR Services
On rare occasions we may need to cancel or reschedule a class — due to weather, instructor illness, or an emergency call to duty. If this happens, you'll always be offered a full refund or a free reschedule to the next available date, at no cost to you.
Certification & Completed Classes
Once a class has been completed and a certification issued, it is not eligible for a refund.
